Fishing has been slow with the cold temps.  We’ve still been picking up a fish or two here and there, but it’s not very consistent.  Temps are warming up for a brief window today and tomorrow, but then we’re plunged back into single digits and even lows around and below zero for the rest of the week.

With some good rain the last two days the Pere Marquette is finally on the rise.  There are already good numbers of salmon in the river and fishing is going to improve with the rain.
