A timely and honest source for fishing reports on the Pere Marquette River or PM River as it is locally known, the PM is located in West Michigan. The report is sponsored by Indigo Guide Service, with the information provided by the guides at Indigo Guide Service along with several other independent guides. We take special efforts to give an honest report, many reports out there always report good to great fishing so as not to discourage customers. Our goal is to maintain a long-term relationship with our viewers and customers, not to make a quick buck on a lousy day of fishing.

The reports will offer basic river and fishing information along with tips on what areas are fishing best and hot techniques, lures or flies patterns. We will never pinpoint a specific area but may mention a general area like upper river or Custer area. The report will lean heavily toward fly fishing but will also mention lure and center pin options and techniques for salmon, steelhead, trout, smallmouth bass, pike and carp. The Pere Marquette is a wild fishery (almost no stocking) and we feel that most fish caught on the PM should be released and we are not shy about making that point on the reports.

Along with every new report is a downloadable one page PDF that can be printed. Our goal is to have a good looking single page report for shops, lodging and other businesses to print and download for their counter top or bulletin board. Please use our report for your own site, though proper credit would be appreciated. We email the latest report to many local and regional businesses so that they can be as up to date as possible.
