Water Conditions — Temps 40’s with low and clear conditions.

The PM River is up and dirty with a couple days of nice rain.  The flies-only water has cleared up but the middle river is still pretty cloudy.  More fresh steelhead are making an appearance each day, I would say the fishing is average for April.  Break out the big stuff, “if they can’t see it, they can’t bite it”.

If you don’t know the middle river like the back of your hand, I would recommend heading upstream or to another river.

Yesterday there was a good trout bite in the morning and we landed a 19 and 22 within a half hour of each other.
