The Pere Marquette River is located in West Michigan and passes near the towns of Baldwin, Branch, Walhalla, Custer, Scottville and Ludington.

Water Conditions — Low and clear, though the water below the Big South Branch has good color. 

 Fishing Conditions  — The trout have really slowed down while the salmon fishing is becoming more consistent.  The entire river has salmon but there aren’t enough in any one section to have dependable fishing.  We are having a few fresh salmon entering the river each day but no huge numbers.  Soon we hope… the rumor was that PM Lake was full of fish a few days ago.
